An introductory consultation designed to provide initial orientation, assess the current situation and the nature of the issue, and identify the most appropriate type of support.

*For clients continuing into a package format, the Initial Consultation fee is applied toward the selected service.
*At least 1 Initial consultation is required for any client to be able to book 1-hour resolution services with the same provider
1-Hour Resolution
A focused session designed to provide prompt professional evaluation of the situation and identify the most suitable solution option for immediate challenge, difficult decision, interpersonal conflict, emotional overwhelm, or complex situational problem.
The session focuses on structured analysis, decomposition of the issue into workable components, clarification of contributing factors, and identification of realistic pathways forward.
Designed for fast access, with same-day or next-day availability whenever possible.
60 minutes
*Includes additional follow-up check-ins as needed
Fix-it Package
Active, concentrated work around a specific issue.
A short-term structured support process designed to address a challenge within the context of the client’s current life circumstances.
Available in 5-session format, the package combines focused psychological support, strategic analysis, practical intervention, and follow-up guidance.
5 x 60-minute sessions
*Includes additional follow-up check-ins as needed
*Same-day and next-day availability offered for select consultation formats whenever possible.
*Expedited scheduling may be available for urgent or time-sensitive situations
